2021: Pheasant Run experienced a 20.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Pheasant Run fell by $27,000 while total sales increased by 34.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 20.5% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Pheasant Run in 2020.
