What happened to the median home price in Symmes Township during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Symmes Township in 2020.
