Median home prices in Wellington fell to $169,900 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Wellington fell by $2,600 while total sales increased by 39.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,900 - a 1.5% decrease over the $172,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Wellington in 2020.
