Lorain City Schools is again partnering with Lorain County Public Health to ensure the COVID Vaccine (including boosters) and Flu Shot is readily accessible to our community. The clinic will be held on Saturday, January 22nd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at General Johnnie Wilson Middle School. As in the past, the health department recommends that you sign up for an appointment; however, WALK-INS ARE WELCOME.
How to schedule an appointment:
- Search online at armorvax-app.azurewebsites.net/account/login --OR-- Download the ArmorVax app (Apple or Android)
- Without internet access? Call 440-284-3206 for an appointment.
- Need a different date/time? Call Lorain County Public Health's vaccine office at 440-284-3206.
- Bring your COVID-19 vaccine card, if you have one. If you lost it, submit a replacement request here - no cost.
Can't make it on the 22nd? Starting this week, Lorain County Public Health will be administering COVID-19 vaccines and boosters from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at their office - 9880 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria. NOTE: Lorain County Public Health noted that their clinics are busiest first thing in the morning and at noon. If you'd rather beat the lines, head on over at 10:00 AM or after 2:00 PM and you should get right in!
