This property is one of five sales so far in North College Hill in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 1829 Sterling Ave., N. College Hill as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles Edward Cromwell, 28, Anthony C Myers, 54, Elizabeth Rose Cromwell, 25, Nicole Marie Cromwell, 26, and Kimberly C Myers, 57.
