The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2612 Fenton Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Jan. 13 by Jose Orlando Ortiz for $90,000. The buyers were Velasquez Hipolito D. and Sharon N Doanne Valenzuela.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 21, 2019. It last sold for $18,000.

So far in January 2022, 115 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2612 Fenton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samuel Michael Whitaker, 45, and Paul Kerford Wilson, 44.
