The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3523 Pape Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Jan. 13 by Jonathan A. Budde for $660,000. The buyer was Lydia Backscheider.

This home last sold for $247,000 on Sept. 17, 2012.

So far in January 2022, 115 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jonathan a Budde has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3523 Pape Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Elena Budde, 37, and Jonathan a Budde, 37.
