What happened to the median home price in Lincoln Heights during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Lincoln Heights fell by $17,070 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,430 - a 35.2% decrease over the $48,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.
