Median home prices in Lockland rose to $84,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Lockland rose by $41,000 while total sales increased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 95.3% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lockland in the fourth quarter of 2020.
