Woodlawn home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Woodlawn rose by $48,700 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,200 - a 55.7% increase over the $87,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodlawn in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
