What happened to the median home price in Mount Healthy during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Mount Healthy rose by $46,250 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,250 - a 48.7% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the fourth quarter of 2020.
