Median home prices in White Oak rose to $157,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in White Oak rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 50 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in White Oak in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
