Falling home prices in Sycamore Township in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Sycamore Township fell by $34,325 while total sales increased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 17.7% decrease over the $194,325 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the fourth quarter of 2020.
