Median home prices in Bridgetown rose to $177,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Bridgetown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
