Newtown home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Newtown rose by $26,200 while total sales decreased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,700 - a 16.7% increase over the $156,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Newtown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
