Rising home prices in White Oak East in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in White Oak East rose by $4,900 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 2.5% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in White Oak East in the fourth quarter of 2020.
