What happened to the median home price in Wyoming during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Wyoming fell by $92,500 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 23.7% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2020.
