Rising home prices in Woodlawn in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Woodlawn rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 96.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodlawn in December 2020.
