How did home prices perform in Cheviot during December 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Cheviot rose by $23,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 18.5% increase over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cheviot in December 2020.
