Home prices increased in Loveland (Hamilton County) during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $30,050 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $189,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Loveland in December 2020.
