December 2021: Amberley Village experienced a 43.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Amberley Village rose by $194,429 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $642,250 - a 43.4% increase over the $447,821 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Amberley Village in December 2020.
