On Jan. 13, Crosby Real Estate Group LLC sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5828 Argus Road, Cincinnati to Gene Porter for $178,000.

This home last sold on April 12, 2021 for $108,000.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 5828 Argus Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diane Smith, 62, Gary Smith, 70, and Shontrell Smith, 39.
