Brittany Whittaker acquires 1425 W. Kemper Road, Forest Park

On Jan. 18, Ibrahim Kakish sold their two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1425 W. Kemper Road, Forest Park to Brittany Whittaker for $137,000.

This home last sold for $35,000 on Dec. 13, 2012.

So far in January 2022, 25 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ibrahim Kakish (32) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
