The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6237 Sheed Road, Cincinnati was sold on Jan. 5 by Steven and Jennifer Linz for $140,000. The buyer was Bobby Lester.

This home last sold for $37,500 on March 30, 2012.

So far in January 2022, 251 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Bobby James Lester has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6237 Sheed Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tamara Frances Lester, 46, and Bobby James Lester, 42.
