Median home prices in Westlake rose to $295,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Westlake rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 207 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 13% increase over the $261,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 215 homes sold in Westlake in the second half of 2020.
