Pricing for the median home in Strongsville increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Strongsville rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 576 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $234,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 539 homes sold in Strongsville in 2020.
