On Jan. 24, Equity Estates LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 41 Cypress Ave., Columbus from Harold Blake and Tina Walls for $100,000.

The last time this home sold was July 7, 2017. It last sold for $30,000.

So far in January 2022, 131 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Tina M Walls has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 41 Cypress Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Krystyna L Walls, 29, and Tina M Walls, 51.
