This home last sold on Oct. 22, 2009 for $63,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Mount Healthy in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ronnie Donovan Berry has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 9315 Rambler Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robbyn Ciara Daniel, 40, and Ronnie Donovan Berry, 50.
