The two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3706 Wieman Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Jan. 21 by Eric W Back for $118,000. The buyers were Neha Reddy and Samuel Deitrich Sangala.

This property is one of 329 sales so far in Cincinnati in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3706 Wieman Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelly R Jones, 44, and David Banion, 69.
