Old Fort Bank Welcomes Mortgage Loan Originator Michelle A. Sivert

Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 27

Old Fort Banking Company is pleased to announce the arrival of Michelle A. Sivert to its Mortgage Lending team. Sivert joins the bank with more than 31 years of experience in the financial services and mortgage lending industries.

David Walton, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of The Old Fort Banking Company. “Michelle has unrivaled experience in the financial services and mortgage lending industries. We look forward to expanding our footprint in the Sugarcreek market and putting her skills to good use.”

 

Sivert joins Old Fort Banking Company, with experience in financial center management, sales management, wealth management and mortgage lending.

Sivert will be based at Old Fort Bank’s Sugarcreek Financial Center, located at 6430 Wilmington Pike in Dayton. She joins its area-leading mortgage lending team, comprised of Sugarcreek’s Joyce Womacks, and Xenia-based Kay Moffitt and Cyndi Fevang.
