Dorthoy and Madalyn Appleby Kell purchase 7838 Joseph St., Mount Healthy

On Jan. 21, Dorthoy and Madalyn Appleby Kell purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7838 Joseph St., Mount Healthy from Joseph Bobinger for $170,000.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Mount Healthy.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7838 Joseph St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Darren L Warman, 41, and Jennifer Lorain Thiessen, 45.
