On Jan. 14, Donald Erika L. purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7344 Elizabeth St., Mount Healthy from Anthony C Brotherton and Jessica Goodpastor for $168,000.

This property is one of six sales so far in Mount Healthy in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jessica Lauren Goodpastor has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 7344 Elizabeth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brandon James Barekman, 28, Sarah Anne Endress, 30, Jessica Lauren Goodpastor, 37, and Jeffrey Daniel Martin, 35.
