The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3104 Nightfall Court, Northgate was sold on Jan. 6 by Colleen J McGuire for $149,900. The buyers were Michael A. and Karen L Kontount Perez.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Northgate.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Colleen J McGuire has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3104 Nightfall Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Colleen J McGuire, 61, and Michele R Kallick, 58.
