January 2022: Home prices in Brewster increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Brewster rose by $31,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,750 - a 38.3% increase over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brewster in January 2021, as well.
