January 2022: Morrow experienced a 17.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Morrow rose by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Morrow in January 2021.
