The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 6323 Elbrook Ave., Golf Manor was sold on Jan. 20 by Side Kick Investments LLC for $175,000. The buyer was 6323 Elbrook Ave LLC.

This home last sold for $36,500 on March 10, 2009.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Golf Manor in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6323 Elbrook Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brittany Kashia Naylor, 29, Mario Scott Naylor, 25, and Sandra Kay Naylor, 55.
