FMMS production of Disney's Moana, Jr.
Faircrest Memorial Middle School will present Disney's Moana, Jr. March 4-6, 2022, in the Canton South High School Performing Arts Center. With music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel
Miranda, Opetiaia Foa'i and Mark Mancina, Moana Jr. is based on the 2016 Disney film.
Students featured in the FMMS production include Julianna Kieffer as Moana, Danny Datkuliak as Maui and an ensemble cast featuring students in grades 5th - 8th grade. The
production is directed by members of the Canton Local teaching staff, including Canton South Theatre teacher Stefanie Abbott Fatzinger as the Artistic Director, Canton South and
FMMS Choral and Instrumental Music Teacher Nathan Fete is the Music Director, Walker Elementary Music teacher Angela Feller as the Assistant Director and Co-Choreographer, and Canton South Science teacher Lucy Thompson as the Co-Choreographer.
The FMMS production of Disney's Moana Jr. will be performed Friday, March 4 at 7 pm, Saturday, March 5 at 7 pm, and Sunday, March 6 at 2 pm. Tickets are $10 and may be
purchased in the Canton Local District Office during school hours or at the door before each performance.
