How do I register my kindergartener?
1. Go to the Tri-County North website at
2. Click on the Student Registration tab and thoroughly read
the instructions.
3. Create a Final Forms account by clicking on the blue link and
then fill out and sign off on all online forms (forms will turn green once complete).
4. The week of March 28th, you will receive an email through Final Forms to sign
up for an appointment to bring in your required documentation.
Document drop off will be the week of April 4-8, 2022. At this appointment,
you will also register for Kindergarten Screening which will be held in August.
* DO NOT BEGIN YOUR REGISTRATION BEFORE MARCH 1, 2022 *
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
· Certified Birth Certificate from the Health Department
· Immunization Records
· THREE Current Proof of Residencies in Parent’s/Guardian’s Name
(see website for acceptable proofs)
· Original Custody Paperwork from the Courts (if applicable)
· IEP/504 (if applicable)
