Earlier this school year, Twinsburg High School senior trombone player, Donald Mold, received word that he was selected to perform in the 2022 Ohio Music Education
Association's All-State Orchestra!
As part of a rigorous audition process, Donald was selected to one of just three trombone positions in the All-State group, a position reserved for a top student musician in the
state.
Donald is a talented member of the Twinsburg Band Program.
The 2022 OMEA All-State Orchestra performed on Friday, February 4th, in spite of the inclement weather. The symphony orchestra performed a wonderful concert including works
by Samuel Barber, Franz Liszt, and Augusta Read Thomas. The performance occurred in the Grand Ballroom of the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, and was part of
the annual OMEA Professional Development Concert.
The instrumental music staff is extremely proud of Donald’s efforts and his exceptional musical ability as are Donald’s parents, Brad and Patty Mold of Twinsburg. Way to go,
Donald! We are very Tiger Proud of you!
