The last time this home sold was July 29, 2009. It last sold for $19,500.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Elmwood Place as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 24 Poplar St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bobby a Wilson, 31, Roy L Wilson, 53, and Renee E Wells, 68.
