1844 Courtland Ave., Norwood purchased by Joseph I Arellano

On Feb. 8, Larkins Ventures LLC sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1844 Courtland Ave., Norwood to Joseph I Arellano for $260,000.

This home last sold for $158,000 on Sept. 3, 2021.

This property is one of five sales so far in Norwood in February 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Niesha C Thomas, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 1844 Courtland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
