On Feb. 8, Michelle K Taft purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3711 Lonsdale St., Fairfax from Louis A. and Tracy P. Gordon for $250,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 18, 2011. It last sold for $94,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Fairfax as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Tracy Gordon has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3711 Lonsdale St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tracy Gordon, 34, Madeline Suzanne Hook, 22, and Cherie S Hook, 59.
