Cincinnati median home prices rose by 14.5% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Cincinnati rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 16.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 333 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $146,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 400 homes sold in Cincinnati in January 2021.
