January 2022: Kenwood experienced a 4.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Kenwood fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Kenwood in January 2021.
