January 2022: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Indian Hill rose by $515,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,990,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $1,475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Indian Hill in January 2021.
