The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,902.72, 15.32% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 14, 2021. It last sold for $400,000.

This property is one of 16 sales so far in Liberty Township in February 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michelle Leona Cox, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 8072 Westover Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
