On Feb. 14, Majuma Mohamed and Abdi Mwechiwa purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 177 N Terrace Ave., Columbus from Jaron P Maxson for $220,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 24, 2013. It last sold for $69,358.

So far in February 2022, 80 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 177 N Terrace Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Blake Ronald Hanson, 29, Thelma Kay Wawi, 58, Casey a Todd, 45, Roberta L Henson, 41, Sharon Kay Morrow, 71, Calvin a Smith, 35, and David L Coleman, 48.
