Emilia and Justin Ragle Campbell purchase 3574 Rackacres Drive, Monfort Heights S.

The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 3574 Rackacres Drive, Monfort Heights S. was sold on Feb. 1 by Ostendorf Enterprises LLC for $450,000. The buyers were Emilia and Justin Ragle Campbell.

This property is the only sale in Monfort Heights South so far in February 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3574 Rackacres Drive, Monfort Heights S. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dorothy L Dove, 73, and Vincent Lee Morton, 86.
