On Feb. 23, EZ Home Buyerz LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2664 Shelly Drive, Columbus to Ravindra Jarajapu and Madhavi Suresh Seri for $163,500.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 15, 2021. It last sold for $95,000.

So far in February 2022, 253 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lori L Gibbs, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 2664 Shelly Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
