On Feb. 15, Danielle Yvette and Jamari Guy Guy purchased a five bedroom, two bathroom home at 2051 Crown Ave., Norwood from Kamel Kassem for $252,000.

This home last sold for $30,000 on Feb. 2, 2007.

So far in February 2022, 16 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Melissa Carol Reno, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 2051 Crown Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
